ReSource Pro is looking for a dynamic Regional Controller to oversee our US-based accounting operations and team. The Regional Controller provides direct support to the Global Controller and global finance teams to ensure timeliness and accuracy of ReSource Pro financial information. Primary responsibilities include areas such as routine accounting operations, managing financial systems and controls, financial accounting and reporting, continuous improvement initiatives and integration for new M&A activities.

This is a remote position that can work from anywhere in the US but will work in either Central or Eastern time zone business hours. Because this role works as part of a global team, regular evening meetings are required.

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for timely and consistent internal accounting operations, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Control, review, and validate financial data.
• Work closely with the Global Finance and IT teams to develop, improve, and build out the global financial processes and workflows to be efficient, scalable, and lean.
• Serve as the primary liaison between U.S. employees and the global finance team.
• Work directly with all countries on requests for financial information as needed. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and work practices to ensure compliance with financial rules and regulations in accordance with company policy and US GAAP. Act as the primary point of contact during the annual audit process.
• Serves as a business partner with other departments.
• Lead, coach and develop a hybrid-remote team of accounting professionals.
• Support M&A and related diligence and integration activities and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required; CPA preferred
• 10-15 years' experience in mid-sized services company Accounting/Finance department with ERP system
• 4-6 years’ experience leading a team and managing the work associated within the department
• 3 years' experience with Mergers and Acquisitions
• Ability to offer fact-based recommendations and decisions to solve complex problems
• Confidently communicate with both internal and external stakeholders
• Excited about mentoring a team and building a collaborative environment
