We are looking for a Social Media Manager to manage and produce Dr. Heather Hecht, psychologist and owner of the therapy practice, so that fun, therapeutic, interesting ideas can reverberate throughout the community. The job would entail coming to Dr. Hecht's home to set up a good video enviornment, interviewing Dr. Hecht on an array of topics (you will definitely get input into which topics to talk about or whether to go deeper into certain ideas!), and then editing and posting the content on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and possibly TikTok. This will be between 4 and 8 hours weekly, and some weeks we would skip for various reasons. Ideally, we would post something beautiful, interesting, and awesome three times per month.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing social media accounts, creating content, and producing video content from private homes. The successful candidate will be able to think strategically and creatively to develop content that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement. They must also have a keen eye for detail as well as utmost professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage and monitor all social media accounts.
• Develop and execute content to increase followers and engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media marketing.
• Develop content calendars for upcoming campaigns and promotions.
• Have Oprah-like interviewing skills for Dr. Hecht, her guests, or any other Resolve therapists that particpate in the content.
• Keen eye for detail, beauty, and excellence in each video from a visual and contect perspective.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
