Data Entry Assistant/Office Support
The Data Assistant is responsible data entry and report generation into a state sponsored database. Also works within google, excel and other Microsoft systems.
This is a part-time, data entry position (20-30 hrs/wk) with the ability for flexible scheduling. Hours may vary due to case numbers and reporting deadlines. Candidate must have the ability to meet deadlines, ensure accuracy, and work with others to complete documentation.
Salary: $14/hr
REQUIRED DUTIES:
The job duties listed are typical examples of the work performed by this job classification. Not all duties assigned are included, nor is it expected that this job classification will be assigned every duty.
Entering data into approved software and electronic systems as approved by RSC
Ensure that each RSC case file is complete and accurate according to RSC policies and the requirements set forth by SCAO.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of various information technology databases is desirable.
Ability to accurately enter data and pay attention to detail.
Ability to act alone, to make independent judgments, and to make and carry out decisions in a timely manner.
Ability to meet schedules and deadlines.
Ability to prioritize assignments and organize a workload.
Ability to communicate and present ideas clearly and effectively.
Ability to operate standard office equipment (e.g. computers, telephones, copier, etc).
Education
Minimum of high school diploma required, some college preferred, but equivalent combinations of education and experience that provide the required knowledge and abilities will be evaluated on an individual basis.
Experience
Experience with various networks and database systems, spreadsheets and electronic data entry

Pay: $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
