Job Description
- Work with applicants via phone and email to obtain information needed to complete online application processing
- Maintain and update files as information is received via fax or email
- Aid verification specialists by notifying them when files are updated
- Answering client’s support, billing, and sales related questions
- Respond to the regular and routine customer inquiries regarding products and services of the organization
- Monitor and clear screening report details while verifying accuracy
- Provide support to co-workers, upper management & sales teams as needed
- Perform routine billing related tasks, i.e. process checks and credit cards as needed
- Invoicing fold, insert envelopes, seal, and stamp as needed
Qualifications
- Work with others to achieve a common goal
- Have the ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
- Demonstrate the ability to promptly answer client related emails and phone calls
- Show a self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized work ethic
- Creative thinking abilities are encouraged - Be able to handle customer feedback and inquiries
- Strong computer aptitude, to include Google sites and research, MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills
- Typing proficiency: 40-60 wpm
- Property Management Industry experience is a plus, but is not required.
Additional information
Training for this position will last approximately 2 weeks (part-time hours), and will then increase to a full-time position.
Interested applicants must be available to train between 9am-4pm (Monday-Friday) for 4-6 hours a day. Full time hours will be between 8am-8pm (Monday-Friday), and some Saturdays are required.
