Resident Home Association of Greater Dayton is Hiring a PT Receptionist Near Dayton, OH

Job Description

Receptionist and Clerical Support

As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for Resident Home Association. You will be responsible for greeting guests, distributing incoming correspondence, as well as various clerical and billing activities. As this is a customer service position, a pleasant personality is required, as is the ability to multi-task. Computer skills are a must for working with our billing software and for scanning and saving the documentation generated for our clients.

Job Responsibilities

Receiving visitors at the front desk
Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
Receiving and sorting daily mail
Scanning and filing client documentation
Office assistant for the administrative staff
Stock and monitor office Supplies
Light Cleaning of office area
Assist with incoming applications
Other Duties as assigned.

Qualifications

The successful applicant will have at least a High School diploma or GED. They will have a proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. They will have the ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments. The job requires a professional attitude and appearance, solid written and verbal communication skills, and excellent organizational skills. Proven experience as a receptionist or customer service representative is a plus.
