Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Transcribe documents and correspondence as needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred
- Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures is a plus
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
