Qualifications:

 - Age 18

 - Previous Experience of shift lead in

 other places is a plus

 - Team player

 - Flexibility

 - Customer service skills

 - High School Diploma

 - Availability for morning and evening

 shifts

Responsibilities:

 - Taking full responsibility for a shift

 - Inventory Monitoring and

 management

 - Customer relationship

 - Motivate and lead the crew during

 shift

 - Train the crew as needed

· Coaching, training, and onboarding

· Conveying information between management and employees

· Evaluating and retaining employees

· Inventory management

· Opening and closing

· Placing orders and interacting with vendors

· Retail sales

This Job Is:
