Project Manager

This position provides opportunity to work out in the field (with company vehicle) as well as some remote work ability!
What Project Managers are all about:
Project Managers plan, execute, and finalize restoration/construction projects according to strict deadlines and within allotted budget. Project Managers define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
A Day in the Life:
Daily oversight of entire job progress, proactively communicate potential issues or problems with senior project management personnel along with suggested resolutions or corrective action. Directs and manages project development including definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables. Ensure all required paperwork has been completed and collected. Work in conjunction with Estimators and Inside Project Managers on selected projects. Travel to jobsite and stay as needed.
What you will bring to the team:
An ability to interpret verbal direction and understand job work orders; ability to read English a plus. Strong work ethic and ability to finish a task. Be able to read communication styles of team members and contractors who come from a variety of disciplines. Ability to elicit cooperation from a variety of sources (e.g., upper management, clients, and other departments.)
What you will need to succeed:
High school or GED equivalency preferred. Four to five years of construction and/or management experience preferred. Experience in other related restoration services is a plus.
