Job Description

The Assistant Construction Project Manager is responsible for:

• Reporting directly into the Project Manager and Superintendent
• Assisting in the logging of, controlling & distribution of contract drawings
• Supporting the initial set-up of the job management system
• Assisting with the preparation of subcontractor scopes of work, bid package development, and distribution/identification/solicitation of subcontractors & suppliers
• Supporting the process of constructability reviews of various forms construction documentation

The Successful Applicant

The right Assistant Construction Project Manager will have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering (or other related field) preferred
• 1-4 years of project management or other construction related trade experience is desirable
• Project experience within the multifamily construction space preferred (not required)
• Proficiency using a personal computer and company communication tools
• Knowledge and experience in the use of project management and scheduling software (Procore and Textura a plus)
