Peninsula-based client is seeking a temporary AP Specialist to assist with the accounts payable accounting needs of the company. This is a fully on-site opportunity with an hourly pay rate between $27-32. For further information regarding this position please attach your resume.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Accurately process vendor invoices in a timely manner
• Manage and maintain vendor relationships
• Reconcile vendor statements, POs, and invoices as needed
• Accurately prepare journal entries for all accrued expenses
• Assist with the month/quarter/year-end processes as needed
• Other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE

• 3 years of experience in accounting or related field
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Experience using Workday required
• Experience in working with high-volume invoices/POs highly preferred
• Experience with 3-way matching required
• Experience using Excel (entry to mid-level)
