Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline
• Coordinate project resources and ensure their availability throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to established timelines and milestones
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to the ownership
• Implement project management best practices and methodologies
• Manage project budgets and track expenses
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members
• Resolve conflicts or issues that arise during the project lifecycle

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion. • Manage administrative and direct labor work while managing projects
• Ensure quality construction standards are followed
• Monitor and lead compliance with building and safety regulations
• Manage and mitigate risks

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Experience with budgeting and cost control techniques
- Familiarity with Buildertrend or other construction software
- Excellent conflict management and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving project goals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
