**Job Summary:**

The Sales Assistant serves as an important role to the Renogy Sales Team as they work together to achieve the team's goals. This includes providing administrative support to the sales team and assisting across multiple mediums.

***Duties/Responsibilities:***

* Assists the Sales Managers and sales team in the complete sales process

* Provides administrative support for the sales team

* Provides data entry and clerical support

* Organizes, classifies, maintains & sets up file's information/documents

* Responds in timely manner to requests in-person, over the phone and/or in writing.

* Prepares standard departmental reports, forms, spreadsheet etc.

* Schedules appointments, and maintains and updates daily calendar, sends reminders etc.

* Perform general office duties and other key clerical duties.

*Qualifications and Education Requirements*

* 1-2 years of clerical experience in an office setting

* High school diploma or equivalent required

* Time Management and ability to meet deadlines

* Ability to follow directions and take initiative

* Highly disciplined and organized

* Proficient in basic office applications including Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Share Point, Outlook etc.)

* Experience with Microsoft Excel performing advanced functions such as VLOOKUP's, pivot tables, filtering/sorting, charts, and graphing
