We are seeking a Planning Manager to join the Projects Team. This role is part of a team that is responsible for developing and maintaining the company’s project plans for measurement, analysis and customer reporting to help the business meet its objectives. Our offices are located in Fenton, MO. The expectation is that this will be a hybrid position depending on business needs.
DAY IN THE LIFE:
The Planning Manager reports directly to the Projects and Planning Manager and will provide leadership and direction to the Planning group, promote and support the use of the company planning tools, and develop tools for resource workload analysis.
As the Planning Manager you will provide leadership and direction for the Planning department by effectively communicating company expectations and role specific expectations while actively coaching subordinates. You will drive on time delivery by monitoring and reporting on schedule performance to baseline and support the Company to ensure proper resource workload analysis and planning.
