Position Responsibilities:

1. Supervises all functions related to phone, email, and virtual chat inquiries from prospective patients, family members, friends, and referring professionals including ensuring the department provides: appropriate responses with follow-up information and support, accurate descriptions of Renfrew's services, identify what is unique about Renfrew services, correctly gathers initial intake information, reviews insurance coverage for all levels of care at The Renfrew Center, and schedules patient for an admission assessment.
2. Follow up daily with inquiries, offering support and encouragement while moving them appropriately toward admission to the most appropriate level of care.
3. To meet regularly with the department to update and identify techniques/strategies used in the handling of Inquiries.
4. To provide staff with programming information, fees, and availability of Renfrew services.
5. Tracking and working on improving metrics for: time of initial inquiry to follow up and conversion of inquiries to assessment.
6. Oversee pertinent information being provided to Clinical Assessors relating to the needs of the client, their family, and of any treating/referring professionals.
7. Orient all new personnel to the current services, programs, and location of The Renfrew Center. Provide an explanation of how to refer a patient to one of our programs.
8. To be available to other Renfrew sites regarding program information for any prospective patients.
9. To serve as a liaison between Marketing, Administration, and all inquiry staff.
10. Responsible for personnel issues such as interviewing, hiring, disciplinary action, performance reviews and termination Oversee materials sent out to consumers and professionals.

Education, Competencies and Credentials:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required.
• Prior supervisory/management experience required
•  Sales experience including excellent communication skills and telephone presence required. Computer proficiency including Word, Excel, and keyboarding a minimum of 40-50 wpm.
