Renewal by Andersen is seeking a dynamic professional to lead the expansion of our RSVP Lead Generation Program. The ideal candidate will possess excellent presentation skills, confidently engaging prospective customers of 25 or more on the value and quality of Renewal by Andersen product. Primary Responsibilities:
Lead the expansion of our Lead Generation Program in the market, optimizing marketing costs.
Coordinate events with precision, collaborating with Event Venues, Mailing/Advertising partners, and Event Managers to ensure success.
Deliver presentations confidently in front of 25 customers.
Manage dinners on Tuesday to Thursday evenings, overseeing guest lists and event logistics within the territory.
Handle inquiries via phone, text, and digital advertising.
Input customer information from events into a CRM program and follow up with customers not requesting appointments.
Enhance the presentation for improved guest engagement and information dissemination.
Refine the dinner agenda for an optimal guest experience.
Generate and present Metrics reports to the leadership team regularly.
Conduct training sessions for Brand Ambassadors on engagement best practices for a productive program.
Qualifications:
Must have a valid driver's license
High School diploma or equivalent
Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
2 years of experience as an Event Coordinator preferred
1 year of presenting experience preferred
Monday.com, Excel, and PowerPoint experience is preferred
Ability to comfortably present in front of a group of people and cultivate guest engagement
Compensation and Benefits:
$43,000-$52,000 annual salary

M-F 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM (Dependent on business needs; hours may vary)
