- WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - THE ROLE - Manage employees through training, coaching - Collaborate with installers to meet installation requirements - Collaborate with Order fulfillment/SVC team members on inventory items to meet scheduling requirements - Provide daily reporting to leadership on job and inventory status - Identify process bottlenecks and identify solutions in a timely manner - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse according to OSHA standards - Direct workflow to satisfy production requirements efficiently with customer satisfaction being primary - Ensure warehouse operates at peak efficiency. Supervise, organize and direct warehouse personnel to achieve operational goals - Manage the unloading of product and consumables from trucks and disposal of trash - Manage the loading product and consumables in the trucks. - Implement and manage cycle count program ensuring inventory accuracy.
