Renewal by Andersen is a window replacement subsidiary of Andersen Corporate, a company that has revolutionize window and door business for more than 110 years. Our process begins with a free in-home consultation to listen to customer’s needs. We then make custom, energy efficient composite and professionally install them for optimal performance. We are in over 100 markets in the U.S., becoming the largest replacement window company in the country.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, hiring, and onboarding top talent to mee the staffing needs of Renewal by Andersen.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high volume, full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles throughout various locations.
  • Lead hiring strategy discussions to ensure alignment on position, candidate profile and establish clarity on roles and responsibilities.
  • Oversee the interview process including sourcing candidates, screening candidates, scheduling hiring leader interviews, preparing offer letters and running background checks.
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience and promote Renewal by Andersen’s vision and core values.
Qualifications:
  • 2 years of Talent Acquisition experience
  • Knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment law that impacts the TA function.
You will report to the Talent Acquisition Director. You will be successful in this role you if are self-motivated, open to change, enjoy building relationships with all employees, prioritize tasks and with a high level of attention to detail.

55,000-62,000 a year
