Renewal by Andersen of Alabama is Hiring an Administrative Assistant - Signature Service Representative Near Columbus, OH

The Signature Service Representative is responsible for providing administrative support to members of the organization. The person in this position will be a problem solver who has excellent communication skills and impeccable attention to detail. The candidate should also have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative tasks, and providing support to coworkers. An ability to multitask, manage complex schedules, and meet changing deadlines is essential to this position. Business etiquette is a must.

The Signature Service Representative is responsible for the following duties:

  • Provide front desk coverage by managing a busy phone system, greeting guests as they enter the office, managing incoming / outcoming mail and shipments, and maintaining an organized, clean office environment
  • Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including email correspondence and generation and distribution of memos, letters, spreadsheets, forms, and faxes
  • Plan, organize and schedule company meetings
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
  • Order and oversee office supplies and food deliveries for group meetings
  • Create, install, and prep installation documents
  • Manage installation related calls and reschedules throughout the process
  • Schedule and coordinate services that need installers
  • Assisting Installation Project Managers with other task
  • Medallia survey updates and discuss the updates with IMPs
  • Collect IT issues reach out for assistance accordingly
  • Attend meetings, take effective notes for training and updates or changes
  • Cross trained in some other office roles is a must

Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • Self-starter, ability to work independently
  • Proven administrative experience
  • Ability to apply instructions and guidelines given by manager
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Communicate effectively and meet deadline
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time during shift
  • The employee may occasionally need to bend, lift, or move items such as files, mail and office supply orders received

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
