Job Summary

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for telephone and email prospecting, qualifying, and processing marketing leads, and generating summarized reports of their key findings. This individual will be an enthusiastic team player with exceptional phone communication skills, able to understand different buying personas, and position and communicate the value of reLink Medical’s solutions. This position is responsible for achieving monthly sales forecasts through account management and lead generation calls that secure medical equipment for the company to market and resell. The position reports to Vice President of Inside Sales.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create and execute a territory sales plan and monthly call schedule that meets or exceeds established sales quotas and supports company revenue and profit targets
  • Build long term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with existing and new suppliers and customers
  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls on a daily and weekly basis
  • Accurately record all customer calls and transaction details in reLink systems
  • Identify account needs, clarify information, research, and provide solutions for each issue that occurs
  • Collaborate with reLink Product Management and Logistics team members to ensure effective collection and sale of customer equipment at target margins
  • Meet all personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Target potential customers and assess opportunity for sales by developing sales leads through cold calling and collateral distribution.
  • Complete up to 75 calls per day into Healthcare Providers
  • Plan and implement sales performance for one or more of the product line

Minimum Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication skills– both written and verbal– and the ability to build a genuine rapport with prospects over the phone
  • Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities and/or project
  • Driven and resourceful in finding new approaches to ensure his/her message is resonating with potential customers
  • Ability to problem-solve and identify process efficiencies and improvements
  • Familiarity or ability to quickly learn marketing systems and tools
  • Proven sales and account management skills
  • Demonstrates effective negotiation and closing techniques
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Ability to work full-time at reLink office and travel as needed on a minimal basis
  • Understanding healthcare industry and medical devices used in hospitals highly desirable
  • Desired Education and Experience:Associate or bachelor’s degree
  • 2-3 years of sales and outbound call center experience
  • Salesforce systems experience highly desirable

Work Hours and Compensation:

  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday
  • Salary $42-$55K annually commission
  • Expected annual on target earnings: $65-$75K
