We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at a Correctional Facility in Carson City, Nevada.

NDOC NNCC is the medical institution for Dept. of Corrections https://doc.nv.gov/Facilities/NNCC_Facility/

2 RN needed.

Current shifts needed are

• Sunday thru every other Wednesday or every other Wednesday thru Saturday

start time is either 0530 or 0600 on-site

• RN Rate: up to $47.50 per hour plus $36 gas stipend per 12 hour shift (effective compensation $50.50 per hour)

​Responsibilities:

• Provide basic patient care and treatment
• Collaborate with registered nurses to administer prescribed medications
• Sterilize and prepare medical tools and equipment
• Educate and update patients on medical treatments

​Qualifications:

• 1 year of psych exp. preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Current Nevada RN License
• American Heart Association Provider BLS Certification
• Requisite health compliance items
• Subject to background compliance
• Covid-19 Vaccination
