Carson Tahoe Care Center is now open and has 80 private and semi-private rooms specializing in transitional/post-acute rehabilitation. The two-story, 88,000 square foot center will include amenities such as a 4,000 sq/ft state of the art therapy gym, coffee/snack bistro, and outdoor patios/decks to enjoy the beautiful mountain views. Adjacent to the care center will be a 54 bed memory care unit featuring our award winning Expressions program.

As a RN at Prestige, you will be responsible for assisting in thedelivery of nursing services to residents, including oversight and directionfor other healthcare providers and caregivers. This position is a dynamic roleand offers the ability to hone your nursing skills while collaborating withother healthcare providers to best serve our residents in a supportive andnurturing environment.
NeededEducation & Experience to be a RN at Prestige:
- Anactive, unencumbered RN license in the state you wish to practice
- An AssociateDegree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Abilityto communicate effectively, in English, with residents, visitors, and staff
