As our company undergoes remarkable growth and continues to broaden its client base, we are actively looking to expand our team by hiring a new Entry Level Sales Representative. The Entry Level Sales Representative prioritizes creating memorable experiences for all of our customers, so being a people person is a must! As our Entry Level Sales Representative, you will be the main point of contact for customers, you will manage client accounts, and promote new services as they arise!

Entry Level Sales Representative Duties & Responsibilities:

• Work directly with customers to understand their needs and preferences and guide them through our clients’ products and services
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets directly with customers
• Conduct in-depth demonstrations of products and services, ensuring customers are well-informed about our offerings
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Management team to identify and capitalize on new territory opportunities
• Focus on achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
• Follow up on sales and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty
• Regularly report on sales achievements and customer feedback

Entry Level Sales Representative Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Prior knowledge in Sales, Client Relations, Account Management, Customer Service or related is a plus
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment where something new is always happening
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and the ability to commute
• goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
