Releady is partnering with a premier cloud-based identity management solutions provider to find a Senior Technical Program Manager. This role will focus on spearheading essential, cross-functional initiatives for their Customer Identity Cloud Product Unit. The Senior Technical Program Manager will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to establish, enhance, and streamline intricate operational procedures. This includes tasks such as defining requirements, ensuring alignment across teams, establishing project timelines, and overseeing continuous delivery and execution.

• Lead Cross-Team Initiatives: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to oversee intricate and expansive cross-team projects. This involves defining requirements, ensuring alignment, establishing timelines, and guiding activities from inception to successful delivery.
• Effective Communication: Clarify priorities and scope. Cultivate robust relationships with stakeholders, ensuring transparency regarding goals, risks, and progress.
• Problem Solving: Recognize and create remedies for obstacles or bottlenecks that jeopardize the program’s success. Communicate any trade-offs that may arise from implementing these solutions.
• Dependency Mapping: Map dependencies and relationships between projects, domains, and teams, coordinating work across disparate functions.
• Program Management: Effectively manage and communicate the program plan, including regular status updates, etc.
• Leadership and Motivation: Engage and energize the teams to achieve ambitious goals.
• Broad Expertise: Cultivate an extensive comprehension of both the domain-specific knowledge and the technical aspects. This involves surface-level familiarity and a more profound understanding that allows you to navigate complexities, make informed decisions, and contribute effectively.

• 5 Years of Experience: Demonstrated technical program/project management expertise within software, SaaS, or systems development environments.
• Successful Track Record: Proven ability to collaborate and deliver large-scale software development programs.
• Project Plans and Presentations: Proficient in creating comprehensive project plans and delivering effective presentations to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Effective Communication: Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Influential Leadership: Ability to influence and work effectively without direct reporting relationships.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on execution and data-informed decision-making.
• Process Optimization Passion: Enthusiasm for enabling teams to adopt, manage, and optimize processes and tools.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, especially in remote settings.
