Rehab for All LLC is Hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Near Aurora, CO

Rehab For All provides outpatient applied behavioral analysis (ABA) therapy to the pediatric (1-18 years) population in Colorado population in Colorado. We improve the lives of children and families in our communities. Our goal is to provide and coordinate the best services and care to our patients and their families. Along with competitive pay and flexible scheduling, our Denver position has the privilege of being based in an in-home setting. Services are performed in clients home and not a traditional clinic setting. In home offers a variety of advantages for both the client and employees.

Job Description:

  • Developing individual plans to correct, maintain, or improve certain behaviors
  • Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians
  • Observe clients and assess their behavior
  • Meet with families, teachers, or doctors to discuss the clients treatment and progress and recommend ways to address behavioral issues
  • Create simulated conditions where you will observe the behavior of each client
  • Formulate an appropriate treatment plan that is sensitive to clients’ cognitive, social, emotional, and sensory needs
  • Administer treatment and tailor interventions as needed
  • Operate within time, financial, and other resource constraints
  • Remain abreast of changes in research on evidence-based practices
  • Advocate for the inclusion of individuals with disorders and disabilities within society

BCBA Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a BCBA or similar role
  • Knowledge of appropriate referral procedures
  • Excellent verbal and report writing skills
  • Calm, empathic, and patient nature
  • The ability to remain composed and adherent to best practices, even when under stress
  • Relevant training and/or certifications as a BCBA
