What you will be doing:

  • Serve as an integral part of the leadership team
  • Provide clinical oversight to clients receiving ABA therapy
  • Collaborate with families to create individualized treatment plans
  • Support clients and families to ensure client success
  • Develop and implement behavior acquisition and reduction procedures
  • Mentor, lead, supervise a team of behavior technicians/RBT’s working 1:1 with clients

Who are we looking for:

  • Those who have a passion for helping children with disabilities
  • Those who are reliable, creative, collaborative and compassionate
  • Those who are independent, take initiative, are organized, and effectively communicate
  • Those who can lift up to 50 pounds and can kneel, squat, crawl, sit, stand for extended time
  • BCBA certification (2 years’ experience preferred, but not required)
  • Must pass company provided Federal and State Background Check
