Regional West Health Services is an independent, integrated health care delivery system based in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. We are actively looking for caring individuals to join the team as an Patient Access Specialist in our Call Center.

To serve this mission, we ask you to provide exceptional customer service and to organize, coordinate and assist in the smooth running of the Call Center for administrative support tasks.

As an RWHS Patient Access Specialist in the Call Center, you will:

• Ensure all callers are greeted in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer calls, schedule appointments, collect and record all pertinent facts accurately for incoming messages
• Timely distribute messages through electronic messaging to appropriate staff/provider, following clinic protocols
• Perform insurance verification as required by office protocol 

You may be a good fit if you have:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• A skill set familiar with a variety of office devices, including telephone, computer and fax machine
