Regional West Health Services is an independent, integrated health care delivery system based in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. We are actively looking for caring individuals to join the team as a Supervisor for our Call Center.

 To serve this mission, we ask you to assist in providing support for supervising the Call Center Patient Access Specialist. It will require you to assess, plan, implement, evaluate and supervise the Call Center staff. 

 As a RWHS Call Center Supervisor, you will:

• Serve as the knowledge expert and information source for staff.
• Install, integrate, and utilize of “1-800” phone access.
• Establish and maintain a Quality Improvement (QI) plan that will monitor communications, accurate scheduling, and call handoff.

 You may be a good fit if you have:

• An Associates degree preferred, High School Diploma or GED required
• 3-5 years telephone experience in a healthcare environment
• 2-4 years supervision experience preferred
