Regional West Health Services is Hiring a Patient Access Specialist Near SCOTTSBLUFF, NE

Regional West Health Services is an independent, integrated health care delivery system based in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. We are actively looking for caring individuals to join the team as a Patient Access Specialist. 

Our mission is a commitment to advancing the health and wellness of the individuals and communities we are honored to serve.

To serve this mission, we ask you to provide exceptional customer service and to organize, coordinate and assist in the smooth running of the department. Our Patient Access Specialist are a vital part of our Emergency Room (ED), Lab, Admissions, Insurance Verification, and Scheduling. 

As a RWHS Patient Access Specialist, you will:

  • Accurately admits and registers all inpatients and outpatients according to policy and procedures.
  • Understands and can communicate the information contained on all forms as required by law or insurance regulation.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment. 

You may be a good fit if you have:

  • Experience in clerical activities and computer operations

ED Hours:

  • 6:00am - 6:00pm
  • 6:00pm - 6:00am
