Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. This role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Assist with diagnostic tests and clinical procedures
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate medical records
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in the state of practice
- Previous experience in areas such as occupational health, ICU, laboratory, pain management, airway management, DME, lift assistance, acute care, and pediatric care is beneficial
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients
