Regal Rexnord is Hiring a Business Development Manager, Digital & Technology Solutions Near Milwaukee, WI

Regal Rexnord has an immediate opening for a Perceptiv Business Development Manager, reporting to the Perceptiv Commercial Sales Manager. The primary job duties of the Business Development Manager include driving revenue growth of Perceptiv solutions by developing, managing, and closing sales opportunities while developing solid relationships with key customers and channel partners. The Perceptiv business unit provides condition-based monitoring and predictive maintenance solutions through it's portfolio of IIoT sensors, gateway, platform, and remote monitoring services. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for implementing a sales strategy to aggressively increase market penetration and share in the machinery condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, and industrial IoT space.

  • Develop and implement vertical market industry-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Identify and pursue account penetration and expansion opportunities with strategic customer
  • Build effective relationships with customers, internal teams, and distributors, positioning Perceptiv solutions as industry-leading.
  • Qualify, build, and manage the Perceptiv solutions sales funnel to achieve annual sales targets.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned industries and Strategic accounts.
  • Implement solution selling strategies, highlighting Regal Rexnord and Perceptiv's unique benefits.
  • Collaborate with Perceptiv application engineers to position Regal Rexnord as the supplier of choice for customers.
  • Establish robust relationships with strategic customers to convey their requirements to Product Management & Marketing teams.
  • Conduct sales demonstrations showcasing Perceptiv solutions features and benefits.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management and Marketing teams to promote Perceptiv condition monitoring platform, hardware solutions, and services.
  • Attend regular cadence calls with the vertical market team and regional sellers, prioritizing customer engagements.
  • Provide sales support to vertical market teams, regional sellers, and distributors by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Maintain conduct in accordance with Regal Rexnord's vision, mission, values, initiatives, and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a similar technical field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven successful track record of 3 to 5 years or more in sales, preferably in industrial automation, reliability, condition monitoring, and/or IIoT.
  • Familiarity with industrial automation, applications, equipment, reliability maintenance best practices, rotating assets, and industrial environments.
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving sales growth objectives.
  • Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • High level of personal initiative, energy, and ownership of business results.
  • Strong computer skills - Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
