Job Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide crucial support and work directly for the sales manager as an assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales manager in building estimates, communicating with homeowners, and sending proposals
- Transcribe meeting minutes and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate projects and follow up on action items.
- Provide clerical support such as typing, filing, and data entry.
- Maintain organized sales presentation materials and customer records.
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Occasional visits with customers in person
- Manage schedules using tools like Outlook and Google Calendar
- Use and maintain reporting in our CRM
- Assist in event planning and coordination.
- Utilize Google Suite for various tasks.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Experience in event planning is a plus.
- Familiarity with Google Suite for business applications is preferred.
