We’re currently growing our team of Artisans with a Marketing Director to develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our products or services to other businesses. This position plays a strategic role in driving the success of our business by working closely with the sales team to generate leads, nurture prospects, and ultimately drive revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B marketing tactics, strong analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings to our target audience.

Duties & Responsibilities

· Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and target market segments.

· Content Creation: Create compelling content tailored to the B2B audience such as whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and presentations to educate and engage prospects.

· Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with the necessary marketing materials, training, and support to effectively convert leads into customers.

· Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns from ideation to implementation, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

· Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive analysis, and customer insights to refine marketing strategies.

· Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using key metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

· Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers, partners, and industry influencers to enhance brand visibility and credibility.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications 

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

· Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a managerial role.

· Strong understanding of B2B marketing tactics and strategies.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications 

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

· Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Results-driven with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.

· Experience in the technology industry is a plus.

· Experience in oil and gas operations, preferably in a chemical treatment space, is a plus.

· Demonstrates strong leadership and coaching skills; a multiplier who continually seeks to improve. 

Working Conditions / Physical Demands

· This role will be performed in an office setting.

· Ability to lift 15-20 pounds in order to move business materials as needed. For events, on your feet long hours of the day.

Travel Requirements

Travel expected for this role is estimated at 20%.
