We are a small locally owned Property Management company. All the properties we manage are located in Santa Rosa, all with easy freeway access. The majority of our employees have been with the company five or more years. We take pride in offering our tenants well-maintained conventional affordable housing, while providing the owners we represent a fair return on their investment all while following the various applicable laws. There are no weekends or on-call days. Housing is NOT included with this position.

The ideal candidate will have:

● Ability to work independently and efficiently

● Basic plumbing, electrical & carpentry experience
● Clean DMV
● Reliable transportation, preferably a truck or van to carry materials, as needed.
● Vehicle must be registered and insured.
● Ability to lift 50 pounds.

● Must have their own tools.

Although no two days are the same in property management, a typical day may look like this:

● Walk the grounds and pick up trash.
● Unlock vacant apartments for outside vendors.
● Work on a vacant turnover, completing the provided check list.
● Respond to a tenant requested maintenance.
● Unload an order of supplies.
● Collaborate with Property Manager and other maintenance staff.
● Clear gutters for potential rain.
● Complete an order form for materials needed.
● Work on an assigned property project.
