Redwire is looking for an Financial Process Analyst to join our team in either Jacksonville, FL or Littleton, CO !
At Redwire, we're on a mission to drive innovation in the aerospace sector, and we're looking for an experienced Financial Process Analyst to help us achieve our ambitious goals. This pivotal role bridges the gap between finance and technology, offering opportunities to lead in the implementation of SOX controls and contribute to our SOX readiness project. You'll be at the forefront of financial process innovation, playing a key role in our ERP implementation program with Deltek Costpoint and shaping the financial landscape of our operations.
Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements for SOX controls, policy development, and procedure design, ensuring a blend of functional and process excellence.
• Be an integral part of our business system implementation teams, focusing on design, functional testing, and data validation to uphold the highest quality solutions and compliance standards.
• Assist in financial system setups, including project setup, maintenance, configuration, and troubleshooting, to align with our control environment.
• Offer comprehensive financial system support and training to users across the enterprise, enhancing system understanding and usability.
• Solution various issues in collaboration with the team, driving continuous improvement and innovation in our financial processes.

Ideal Experience

• A holder of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field, equipped with 0 - 2 years of progressive experience in Accounting or Finance, focusing on financial processes and systems.
• Experience in a SOX compliant environment, with hands-on knowledge of financial systems and reporting platforms (Deltek Costpoint, Unanet, Oracle EPM Cloud).
• A problem-solver with proven analytical abilities, capable of critical thinking and creativity under a variety of business conditions.
• Progressive knowledge in GAAP, with a general understanding of financial reporting including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
• An effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills, capable of collaborating with a diverse team of professionals.
• US Citizen or US Person as defined by ITAR regulations.

Desired Skills

• Familiarity with Government Contracting principles, including FAR and CAS.
• Proficient with reporting tools and the Microsoft Office suite, as well as project planning tools like Asana.
