IT Business Analyst

Contract Hybrid role in Bridgewater, NJ (3 days a week onsite)

RedStream Technology is recruiting a Business Analyst to work with the IT operations groups in a multi-national corporation to document and create training materials to improve and standardize processes across the teams.

The person in this role will work with multiple teams and will need to have the ability to work independently but also be pro-active to request information from the groups to fill in knowledge gaps as the documentation comes together.

Responsibilities:

· Develop IT related Training Curriculum

· Learn & Understand Enable Now for hosting training content

· Plan & Conduct Training Sessions on the content

· Record & Edit Training Sessions for use by the larger organization

Experience:

· More than 5 years professional experience as a Business Analyst

· Strong Process engineering applying proven methodology

· Ability to gather & document Requirements with minimal supervision

· Strong Facilitator of meetings & workshops

· Resilient follow-up demeanor confirming assumptions, decisions, risks & issues

· Project Management approach to work assignments

· Past experience developing Training materials

· Working knowledge of ITSM

· Working knowledge of Jira

· Highly proficient with Microsoft Office applications

· Excellent verbal & written communications skills

· Proven Team Player working with experience in both IT Operations and IT Training

· Working knowledge of ManageEngine Help Desk software

· Working knowledge of SAP Enable Now for authoring training content

· Adobe Creative Cloud for graphics

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour
