Roles & Responsibilities:
Senior level Technology Sourcing contractor with extensive experience managing complex contract negotiation efforts with Technology suppliers
Knowledge of Software Sourcing and contracting, understanding of software licensing - onprem, Saas, cloud etc
Provide key negotiation and pricing advice for contracts
Ensure compliance with the client policies, procedures, and contracting principles
Partner closely with legal and key business stakeholders toward the successful completion of negotiations and contract execution
Maintain necessary system data and metrics in support of reporting requirements
Ensure consistency in supplier engagements. Carry out all supplier due diligence as required
