JPMC Candidate Experience page is Hiring a Project Execution -Technical Project Manager-Strategic Enablement Near Jersey, NJ

As an experienced Project Management professional, you thrive at managing complex technology programs that have far-reaching implications for clients, employees, and stakeholders throughout the firm. This role requires a strong grasp of the big-picture namely, how the projects you manage will shape the technology solutions that drive strategic initiatives across the firm, as well as a keen ability to establish priorities and re-plan as needed. 

The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in developing and overseeing project plans and with the preparation of regular management update documentation. 

You will be working with the Corporate Investment Banking Technology Strategic Enablement team which operates at a cross-Line Of Business level to ensure compliance to cloud regulatory and control policy requirements, adoption of strategic tooling and ensure delivery of major organizational deliverables. 

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to liaison between lines of business, engineering and architecture teams, translating strategic goals into plans
  • Ensure all workstreams in the program are delivered with high quality, on scope, on time & on budget
  • Project Management skills as well as stakeholder management, conflict resolution, documentation of meeting outcomes including action tracking, metrics and reporting
  • Ensure all governance documentation and reporting requirements are fulfilled
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills across functions and teams, up and down the chain of command
  • Partners with key stakeholders to identify project inter-dependencies that may influence project success. 
  • Ensures decisions or any other constraints affecting the delivery of projects in the portfolio are effectively escalated and addressed
