Job Description: Project Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Oversees all aspects of a given project from Project Kick-off Meeting to Customers satisfaction at acceptance including
a. Engineering
b. Design
c. Manufacturing
d. Construction
e. Commissioning
f. Documentation
g. Safety Program
2. Coordinates and manages all activities and interface with the Customer, Subcontractors, Fabricators, Suppliers and Installers.
3. Establishes and manages the project execution strategy and plan to provide project to the agreed schedule, within the estimate, and to the satisfaction of the Customer.
4. Establish and maintain a detailed schedule covering all phases of the project.
5. Ensure project documentation is maintained for Scopes of Work, Schedules, cost related issues between Customer, project team and Subcontractors/Vendors.
6. Manage all engineering and design related issues including all communication between and Customer, vendors, and contactors.
7. Review drawing content related to cost, fit for purpose, good engineering, design and installation practices.
8. Establish and maintain budgets for all project related items and continually monitor site set up and resource planning.
9. Prepare site organization, structure, and timing of staff arrival.
10. Develop Scopes of Work with the Engineering Team assigned to the project and negotiate / award subcontracts / purchase orders / addendums for Purchase Orders with Purchasing Manager.
11. Conduct Project Review Meetings and prepare monthly financial projections. Develop projections for the End of Job Cost Forecast monthly.
12. Assist Proposals Department in preparation of Bulletin / Field Order quotations.
13. Work closely with Project Administrator to maintain all financial project control, payment, cash flow and accurate financial projection.
14. Constantly monitor for Supplier / Subcontractor cost claims and mitigate / minimize cost the project.
15. Comply with all Quality Operating System and Environmental Management System requirements.
16. Perform other related duties as assigned.
