Redline Athletics Montebello Square is a Sports Performance Center in Colorado Springs, CO. Our goal is to empower youth athletes (ages 8-18) to achieve their athletic goals. We do this through improving their speed, agility, and strength while reducing their risk of injury. We want to inspire all of our athletes to be Greater Than Yesterday!.

We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our team. Must share a passion for athletics and an ability to connect with youth and parents. As an Ops Specialist, you will play a key role in facilitating the delivery of excellent training and athlete experience. This is a dynamic position that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure in problem solving with staff and customers.

Responsibilities:

- In-person sales of youth memberships to parents of youth athletes

- Support coaching staff in delivering excellent training experiences to youth athletes

- Maintain cleanliness and order of lobby area of business

- High energy engagement of youth athletes and parents

- Check-in and out youth athletes for training sessions

- Proactive member of small team providing high quality training to youth athletes

Requirements:

- Excellent verbal communication skills

- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred

- Demonstrated problem solving skills

- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy

- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus

- Living the lifestyle of a role model for youth athletes

- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
