Job Overview:
Integrity Bank & Trust is seeking an Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in daily operations, ensure accurate record keeping, and account reconciliation.
Duties:
- Process various banking operation functions including second-day processing, mobile deposit, wire processing, wire processing, public funds tracking & reporting, check adjustments, reconciliations, debit care management, and accounts payable.
- Complete monthly Board and ALCO reports
- Provide service and support to IBT's retail, operations, and accounting team members.
- Know, adhere, and administer all compliance related procedures and processes relevant to other banking functions.
- Other duties as assigned
Skills:
- Possess a high attention to detail
- Understanding of GAAP
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly professional and possess and positive attitude
- Ability to problem solve, and work independently & as part of a team
- Must possess a high level of professionalism
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two (2) years experience working in banking, operations, and/or accounting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
