**Senior Product Manager - Buyer Intent**

Were hiring a Senior Product Manager to focus on developing and executing a vision for finding the customers most likely to buy a home. Youll have to carefully balance the quality of contacts with contact growth, delivering on a top-line goal with lots of executive visibility.

To achieve that goal youll ship high-quality software that helps our customers and agents. Youll work with designers to design new features; with engineers to ship them, and with analysts to measure their impact. Your impact will go far beyond shipping great software, from impacting the companys bottom line to being a leader on the Product team.

**What Youll Do**

Deeply understand your customers and identify the biggest problems to solve through research and data.

Take ownership of the product and drive feature development from start to finish.

Rally a cross-functional team of engineers, product designers, marketers, and analysts to ship world-class products.

Define and evaluate key metrics to inform decision-making and measure success.

Drive Redfins growth by setting and owning quantitative goals for our business.

Distill vision and strategy for the team to get them excited.**Who You Are**

At least five years of experience as a product manager shipping compelling software features, with a willingness to learn.

Empathetic. You can listen to users, understand their key problems, and develop intuitive solutions to these problems.

A cross-functional collaborator. You can work with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and executives to make decisions and build a roadmap.

Great communicator. You can distill a complex problem into its essential elements, and clearly communicate your vision to the team and executives.

Analytical. Youre data-driven at your core, and arent afraid of rolling up your sleeves to take on a complicated analysis. Ideally youve run A/B tests in the past.**What We Offer**
