The Role
We're looking for a new Email Marketing Specialist to join our Growth Marketing team at Redbubble! Reporting to the Senior Manager - CRM, Lifecycle and Mobile, this role is responsible for managing and executing personalized experiences of Redbubble's global audience across multi-channel programs such as email, mobile and direct mail, as well as monitoring the health of our engagement marketing programs and channels.
Key Accountabilities:

• Partner with the Creative team on asset deliverables, updates, and repository.
• Collaborate with the Localization team on translations for multi-channel campaigns, overlays and banners, and copy updates for templates and assets.
• Own execution of email campaigns, including opt-out.
• Ensure the success of email execution by conducting thorough QA of all email elements.
• Own execution of in-App banners, promo codes, and other on-site marketing.
• Understanding of audience segmentation and targeting techniques.
• Work side-by-side with the Senior Manager of CRM on promotions, reporting, audience building, data feeds, and campaigns.

What You'll Bring:

• 2 years of email, SMS or lifecycle marketing experience.
• Proficiency in email marketing and SMS platforms (Iterable and Attentive preferred).
• Preferred experience operating in a global market.
• Experience in HTML, CSS and Handlebars.
• A strong understanding of email best practices and ability to manage projects end-to-end.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using marketing analytics tools & leveraging data.
• A direct but empathetic approach to cross-functional work.

We offer competitive compensation because we want to hire the best people and reward them for their contributions to our mission. We pay all employees relative to the San Francisco City market, regardless of their location. In pursuit of pay equity and fairness, the starting annual base salary for this position is anticipated to be $75,000 - $85,000. The final offer may be determined by a number of non discriminatory factors, including experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. All employees may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as stock-based compensation, which are awarded to employees annually, subject to board discretion.
