As a Supervisor at Redbird, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our department while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve departmental goals and targets
• Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to team members to support their professional development and growth
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and enhance efficiency
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues, resolving them in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training new employees as needed
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to departmental activities and performance

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a retail or customer service environment
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proven track record of driving results and achieving targets
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
