CNC Supervisor - 1st or 2nd Shift

$28 to $36 per hour

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Supervisors to join our team. As a CNC Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that all CNC machines are operating efficiently and effectively, and managing a team of CNC operators.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage a team of CNC operators to ensure that production goals are met

- Monitor and maintain the quality of products produced by the CNC machines

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process

- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed by the team

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that production schedules are met

- Train new CNC operators on machine operation and safety procedures

- Maintain accurate records of production data and machine maintenance

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC machining and programming

- Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred

- Strong knowledge of CNC machines and programming languages

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
