Job Description: As the Associate Marketing Director for RED and Jacknife, you will be a pivotal player in shaping the future of our restaurants and elevating our brand in the local and regional market. You will be the sole marketing expert, responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, build brand loyalty, and boost sales across both of our restaurant locations. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute marketing plans tailored to each restaurant's unique positioning, target audience, and objectives.

• Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency across all channels, ensuring that our restaurants are portrayed accurately and positively.
• Digital Marketing: Oversee the digital marketing efforts, including website management, email marketing, social media, and online advertising campaigns.
• Community Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with the local community, fostering a positive image for our restaurants through partnerships and outreach efforts.
• Advertising and Promotion: Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and advertising initiatives to drive customer traffic and increase revenue.
• Market Research: Stay current with industry trends and conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently and provide regular reports on ROI and performance metrics.
• Organize and Oversee Photoshoots: Coordinate and direct photoshoots for both restaurants to create high-quality visual content for marketing materials.
• Design and Send Out Newsletters: Create engaging and informative newsletters to keep customers informed about promotions, events, and updates.

• Communicate with Reels and Video Production Team: Collaborate with video production teams to create compelling video content for marketing purposes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field [preferred].

• Marketing and Leadership experience within the Restaurant or Hospitality industry [REQUIRED].
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and online advertising.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative and strategic mindset with a strong analytical ability.
• Experience with budget management and reporting.
• Ability to innovate based on current trends and evolving company ambitions.

• Passion for the culinary industry and a deep understanding of restaurant marketing.

Benefits and Compensation:

• Listed salary is an estimate based on someone with High-Level Senior experience. All final compensation-related decisions will remain negotiable until position is accepted.

• Benefit packages will vary based on the level of dedication. We offer both part-time and full-time insurance packages.
