Position Summary

The Onsite Project Manager shall provide daily guidance and task prioritization for RRST warehouse support staff. Onsite Project Manager shall primarily support buildings within a 30-mile radius of the Washington D.C. Metropolitan area and, on occasion, support buildings within a 150-mile radius.

Essential Functions of the Position

• Must ensure the warehouse is orderly and functioning in the most efficient manner.
• Coordinate property movement between points of origin to designated locations (i.e., VACO Campuses, warehouse, and other facilities).
• Onsite Project Manager shall also review and approve all reports submitted by Contractor's staff.
• Coordinate with the COR in prioritizing logistics support requests (office moves, furniture requests, deliveries, box requests, etc.), personnel changes, updates to reports, and all matters that may affect a disruption in the workflow of contract services.
• Shall ensure receipt of furniture, equipment, and warehouse support supplies.
• Project management skills and be proficient in relevant software application.
• Performs other relevant duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Onsite Project Manager who will be the single point of contact between the Contractor and the Government.

Physical Demands

• Required to walk, stand, sit and move about the property for long periods of time. Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Work Environment

• Indoor/Outdoor; exposure to external environmental conditions possible.
• Noise level can range from minimal to intense.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Five (5) years of previous project management or related experience regarding warehouse operations.
• At least three (3) years of experience in logistics/warehouse operations and administrative support services.
• Quantitative and business analysis skills
• Knowledge of business and management principles and practices.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and logistics/ asset management systems.
• General knowledge of warehouse and inventory practices, the applicable standards for inventorying materials and supplies.
• Ability to prepare and maintain accurate reports and records.
• Ability to plan and supervise the work of others and can establish and maintain good working relationships with associate.
• Possess a Valid Drivers’ License with no moving violations.

This is your primary position. Alternate positions will only be engaged at the direction of the supervisor..

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
