Functions:

• Assisting patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, toileting, grooming, and feeding.
• Safely transferring and positioning patients within the care facility.
• Documenting and reporting the patient's vital signs, food and fluid intake, and any changes to their condition.
• Assisting with routine procedures such as taking vitals and ensuring that medication is appropriately administered.
• Communicating effectively with patients and their families, to ensure the delivery of the highest quality care.
• Periodically evaluating a patient's physical, mental, and emotional health.

Conditions:

• Basic Life Support (BLS), and CPR certification.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
