As a CNA, you will assume a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our senior residents, supporting them in maintaining their dignity and independence.

Duties

  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes in residents' health conditions.
  • Providing companionship and emotional support to residents.
  • Assisting with mobility and transferring residents as needed.
  • Assisting with meal preparation and feeding residents.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents.
  • Documenting residents' care and reporting any observations to the nursing staff.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screening
  • CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work well with patients, families, and other members of the healthcare team.
  • The physical ability to stand, walk, and lift patients as needed to complete the duties of the position.
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays, as required.
