Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort service, and other activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide emotional and social support and companionship to residents
• Assist with transfers, changing positions and turns, or prescribed exercises 
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a clean, tidy, and safe living environment
• Help residents with their shopping
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
• Other duties as assigned by Administrator or Nurse Management

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Proof of COVID vaccination
• Proof of TB test
• Valid Driver’s License and an insured automobile
• 18 years old and above
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, family members, and management
