Duties:

  • Providing direct patient care in accordance with the developed care plan.
  • Assisting patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Monitoring and recording patient vital signs accurately.
  • Collaborating with the nursing team to ensure the highest level of patient care.
  • Communicating effectively with patients and families about health concerns and treatments.
  • Ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and comfort of patient areas.
  • Promptly reporting any changes in patients' health status to nursing staff.

Requirements:

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong commitment to patient-centered care.
  • Ability to perform physical work including lifting patients and standing for extended periods.
  • Demonstrated efficiency in problem-solving and multitasking.
  • Proven track record of exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
